Fortify Customer Access Setup Guide

Welcome to Fortify! To ensure you have full access to all necessary resources, please follow the steps below.

 

Start here: Create Your Micro Focus Account

Before accessing any Fortify portals, you’ll need to create a Micro Focus account.

 

Create an account here:

Note: The Success Team at MFGS, Inc. can enable access to all required portals for you. Simply provide:

  • Your CSID number
  • The email address(es) used to create your account
  • Send this information to csm@mfgsinc.com

Access Key Fortify Portals

Once your account is created and linked, you’ll need access to the following three portals:

Software Licenses & Downloads (SLD) Portal

Manage and download your licensed Fortify software. https://sld.microfocus.com/mysoftware/index

Support Portal

Open and manage support cases, search the knowledge base, and access documentation. https://portal.microfocus.com

Fortify Rulepacks Portal

Download the latest security content updates (Rulepacks). https://support.fortify.com/

**Please note that your licenses need to be downloaded first before you may access this portal
